CLEAR FROM THE START / PRIVACY V1

Your data.
Clear boundaries.

1. Financial data in the public demo

Your imported CSV is read and calculated locally in the current browser page. The demo does not upload financial rows, send them to an AI service, or save them to localStorage, sessionStorage, or a server database. You do not need an account. The published synthetic sample is a download of invented transactions, not customer information.

Clearing the report or refreshing the page discards the active report from the application. JSON reports, CSV templates, and printed or PDF reports you choose to save remain on your device. Your browser or operating system may retain download history or temporary memory outside this application’s control. Use an appropriately secured device for sensitive information.

2. Pilot request information

If pilot intake is enabled and you give explicit consent, the request form sends your name, business email address, company name, message, and a consent record to the LedgerBridge backend. It is used only to evaluate and respond to your requested pilot conversation, not to subscribe you to marketing or to sell your information.

Do not include client financial data, credentials, personal financial details, or other confidential information in the request. A submission is not a purchase, an accepted engagement, or an agreement to process client data. If intake is paused, the form is disabled; the local reporting demo remains available.

3. Retention and deletion

Pilot request records have a retention period of up to 30 days. Expired records become ineligible for ordinary access and are removed by scheduled housekeeping. You may withdraw consent or request earlier deletion by emailing duartevilton@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. State your request reference or the contact email you submitted; do not send financial records or identity documents. Provider disaster-recovery history may retain earlier encrypted database versions for a limited period under its retention policy; deletion from the live application does not promise immediate erasure from that history.

4. Hosting and basic security data

Loading the site necessarily sends ordinary network information, including your IP address and request headers, to the hosting provider. The backend may use a short-lived hashed IP-and-date identifier for rate limiting; rate-limit records expire after two days. Infrastructure providers may process security and access logs under their own policies. These technical requests do not contain the financial rows you import into the demo.

The public site does not include advertising trackers, third-party font requests, analytics scripts, or a financial-data persistence feature. We do not claim that a browser-only demo or transport encryption makes every use secure.

5. Separate customer onboarding

Real customer financial-data processing is not enabled through this public demo. Private customer portals require separate onboarding, an operator and legal-contact review, security review, a documented purpose and retention policy, and agreed commercial and data-processing terms. Do not treat this public notice as a signed data-processing agreement.

6. Your choices

This is the public-demo and pilot-intake notice, version privacy-v1. Customer contracts, tax details, professional review and real financial-data processing require separate approval before any paid engagement. See the scope and limitations for what the reporting tool does and does not provide.
